GBSN Beyond - Student Track

Dear students,

The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi is a member of the Global Business School Network (GBSN), an international network of leading business schools around the world. As a GBSN member, we have the opportunity to participate in a unique virtual experience, GBSN Beyond: Virtual Conference Reimagined. GBSN Beyond involves a set of three parallel tracks culminating in a virtual event, November 9-13. The Student track is designed to engage undergraduate, graduate and PhD students across different disciplines from all over the globe in career and learning development experiences that take you Beyond Graduation.

The track will include a core experience, employment development opportunities, webinars, development workshops focused around careers and learning, and networking opportunities.

WHEN: All Student track sessions and activities are scheduled within the month of October, leading to the culminating virtual event November 9-13.

WHAT: I specifically want to draw your attention to the Core Experience which is an interdisciplinary Student Competition. Teams are asked to design a solution to a local humanitarian logistics challenge. The winning team stands to win USD $5,000!

The IBA has registered as an institution for the program and we have some slots for student track, where each registering student can be given a waiver for registration fee! However, to maximize institutional payment, we hope that only interested students who will seriously pursue the opportunity register at the above link.
